Shipping

Our aim is to process and dispatch your orders safely and quickly. The total delivery time consists of two stages: order processing (preparation for shipment) and shipping transit time.

*in some cases might take up to 30 days.


Returns

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. We accept returns of all orders if they are in perfect condition, i.e. the products have not been worn, used, the product label is not damaged, etc.

If you have received a damaged, poor-quality, incorrect product, please contact our customer service team by email: ferowear.2025@gmail.com, who will resolve this issue on a case-by-case basis. Make sure that you have photos or videos that we can use to investigate your complaint as soon as possible. The return costs are paid by the seller.

Unworn, unused products that did not fit or did not like can also be returned. The return costs are paid by the buyer.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, an assessment will be made as to whether there is any wear or use and the amount paid for them will be refunded. This may take 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the return.
